F I R S T
By first I do not meant first kiss or whatever, at least not in my case.
In my case, I'm talking about embracing your fears and bad habits.
For me, one of my bad habits is to sleep late and thus waking up late.
However surprisingly today, (Happy Labour Day btw! :D ) I woke up at 6.30 when I have to wake up at 8 am.
Probably something is wrong with my internal clock but what I'm saying its actually a good change having to wake up this early.
I should get use to waking up early these days as a practice of before going to the university life
Talk about the first time, it is also the first time that I'm going to leave the house for studies purposes.
In a way I think I get to be independent and responsible, but I'm gonna miss everyone ; my classmates, best friends and of course family.
Getting away from comfort zone is going to be hard but I promise you it'll be a good thing.
Like I used to have an issue with approaching someone new and talk to them, but instead of thinking what they would react or think weirdly about you, how about you just take a deep breath and straight go for it?
That's what was on my mind and I go straight for them. In the end, I've figured that people are as scared as you are and the fact that you make the first move is definitely something to be proud of.
It's okay to leave the comfort zone sometimes and take a look around.
After being able to do that, I started practicing and increase my confidence level. Talking to strangers or aunties and uncles in the market of whatsoever.
At first it's good and it also feels nice to talk to other people at times.
So those out there, don't be afraid of letting people see through you. Believe it or not, there are more of them like you and you are not alone in this
Don't let fear consume you. Be yourself and that's what matters :)
Lots of love,
xx
Sara
P.S : I hope I can go out this friday! I love Friday nights <3
