#thoughtpost Forever Young
a chance
to turn back time, to relive all your best memories again.
Would you take on this once in a lifetime chance?
or
Would you skip it because there's no point of going through it all over again?
The thought of knowing that you can't possibly change anything (even if you wanted to).
Personally I would choose the first option in reliving all my best memories again.
I do it not because of regret, but for the sake of remembering the details that would make
me feel happy/sad/grateful/disgusted/heartbroken/depressed and other emotions that I have previously experienced.
"The youth is wasted on the young and the wisdom is wasted on the old."
This quote made so much sense in a way that
Youth being the most beautiful thing, yet it is wasted on the young who have no clue of how to treasure it. No clue of how important it is in the later stage of life.
On the other hand, wisdom is only attained when you're old, because what is the wisdom of experience without first having the experience?
Such contrary.
If only, young people can have wisdom.
If only, old people can have youth.
How different would the world be?

A little side tracked now, isn't it?
I'm afraid not, Pooh.
Love,
Sara.
P.S The first thoughtpost that was properly written after discarding so many of my drafts.
