The Internship

Don't you find this morning to be different from all the other mornings that you had?
Okay, maybe not.
Just know that we are finally one day away from 2015!

Happy New Year's Eve everyone! 


SO YEAH.
Yesterday marks my last day of my 3 month internship back in Penang. I remembered like it was just yesterday that I met everyone there and everything was entirely different from what I expected. I had a feeling that I was being all quiet for some time until I get to know them. We started talking and soon enough, these people are all the crazy and fun kind of people just like myself. To be honest, I'd never thought I would take the time to travel to and fro from the company to my home. It was an hour journey to workplace and after all this time, I'd say that the experiences that I have gained from working there was rather fun and enjoyable one thanks to the people there.

Right, time to get to the point. 

Just want to write a post to express my gratitude towards the friendly people whom I have been asking for help almost all the time and also those whom I annoy the heck out of them for all these 3 months. It's so funny that I have so many supervisors during my only 3 months internship.

To the first supervisor for the first 1.5 months, thank you for being so friendly and willing to help me each time I wasn't sure of things. For having patience to teach me things and guiding me throughout the whole process. To the Quality Dept, thank you for having me as a "lost puppy" for 1.5 months, for teaching me new things on how to operate the instruments to analysis the graphs.

To my second supervisor for about less than 1.5 months, thank you for helping me with the project you've given me and also for helping me to edit my slides even if its like 1 hour before my presentation LOL For reminding me what is necessary and what's not. Thank you for being a reliable backup whenever I needed help.

To the R&D and Marketing group of people, thank you for all the laughter that you guys brought. You guys are such a fun group of people to hang out with, too bad I didn't join you guys for lunch that often. To "Ms Ling", don't get so addicted to Drift Bottle but I'd be more than happy to come up with lines for you to scare away the other weird guys you are talking to. To "Mr Emo" since the new year is coming, you might not want to emo so often. Besides, I'm sure your "GF" will comfort you.

(I hope that didn't turn out to be weird or anything. Bromance overload alert)

To the person who would make a great lecturer, it was fun learning new things that is Chemistry-ish from you from time to time. Let's hope it will help in my future studies and that I'd remember what you said by then. If I dont, I guess I will just wechat you then. Ohh do record some of the karaoke sessions for me to hear too. Especially the rap hahaha.

To the nicest manager I've known, stay pretty and in my opinion you look nicer with short hair. For all the help you've given about my presentation, I would take note of that and will convince my assessors' first that my project was a success. Hopefully it works *prays hard*. I'm sorry again for not noticing you at Charles and Keith the recent weekend  :(

To my intern buddy, thank you for accompanying me during lunch time by bringing lunch boxes which tastes better than mine :P It has been nice knowing you and I hope that we will keep in touch when we are back in the "jungle". *tick tock* Half day is coming to an end right? Have fun at the countdown later tonight!

For all the farewell lunches, thank you so much for the treat and I am more grateful than ever to know all of you lovely people at Penchem Technologies. 

To the rest whom I may not know very well, I wish you all the best in life and may it be filled with happiness all year long. Lastly to those whom I may have offended, I am sorry for the mistakes I've done.

Two Seconds

It was a hunch, that took two seconds. I thought I saw you, A little different from what I remember, But it felt like this was it. Unforgiven

2 weeks of classes are done and tomorrow is the start of the third week.   I felt like a huge burden has been lifted up (not completely) once last week was over.  From being at the booth to promote the event and ensuring all the venues for my station games has been booked to finalizing the trial run this recent Saturday.  And not to mention having one report to hand in this coming Tuesday without knowing what to write for the discussion as we did not get the results according to the theories.  Almost forgotten to mention of another drama assignment where it is going to be a musical kinda thing with regards to the Principles of Biotechnology subject.  Yeah, that was the summary of my week 2 in the last semester of my second year.   As for the third week, it is finally the Interaction Day which is the event that I have been planning ever since December.  May all goes well and yours truly is excited to be the photogr...
