MY TWENTEEN

Hey peeps! Sorry if it's been long, and today is my birthday! :D
(well I wrote this on my birthday night so consider it so)

Oops for the belated post :p 

& Happy Halloween! :D 

I don't think I'm able to put on how my birthday was in only one word lol

For one I am grateful to have these people to celebrate them with.

My family, friends and including my coursemates.

Your efforts of throwing me a surprise party really made my day.

My family treated me to a Japanese buffet in Kampachi at EQ Hotel 

The food was full of awesomeness 

Sashimi, tempura and my favorite cold noodles too

Didn't get to take much picture but oh well I have it in my heart hahaha (Cheesyyyy)

Then all of the sudden, the hotel staff started singing birthday song 

Yeah they got me as well LOL

After all those buffet my family and I were too full to even eat the cake 

& so my mum packed some of it for me to bring back to Kampar :)

Huge thanks to my family especially my parents for planning all these :) 

Next is of all those hilarious texts, tweets and posts on Facebook.

Some were hilarious and some were from people whom I have not talked to in ages.

The hilarious ones are like "Faster get a boyfriend" and I was like "whaaaaaat?" 

And well, I took the opportunity to sort of strike a conversation with them

Some are seniors whom I have not seen like ... 3-5 years

WOW I didn't even realize how time flies.

Some are my seniors who are graduating soon and some are just people whom I have not talked to for some time

Great to be catching up on their progress even tho we don't really meet face to face.

Some I couldn't believe that they still remembered me after so long.

As of me, I have a habit of remembering people but not the exact details of what they did and all lol

It was good to waste some sleep just for those small moments. 

Lastly is of my beloved crazy coursemates celebration for me.

As I've got class from 2-5pm, some of them wished at that time.

What I didn't expect was them to gather at the backlane of my house and sing a birthday song (because my room is facing the back lane - should not have told Shirley that time)

At first they shouted "Sara!" But somebody else responded instead hahaha!

And that's why they shouted my other name lol

At first I thought somebody was at the front door and so I looked 

It turns out I can see them thru my window lol

Ta-daaaaa :D 

It was supposed to be a heart shaped but I told them they looked like Apple shaped instead. That was a great laugh and well that's not all. 

After the singing I went down to blow the candle off my cake. 

& that's when it happened 

These people splashed me with Coke and Aaron smashed that cake on my hair 

Andddddd surprise again.

I was literally bathed in Coke. (there should be such achievement in life :p) 

After all those celebrating, we decided to have dinner together.

Took us 15 minutes to wait for the seats in that shop.

The spaghetti bolognaise was not bad and we chatted until 9.30 there.

Just laughing and talking about random stuff 

Like someone's epic failed mandarin and the other's failed in tricking people

Guess who? XD

As usual it's the sister and brother in law <3 :p 

After sending everyone home, 

Shirley, Mei Yee, Iris and I gathered in front of Iris's house thinking of watching a horror movie cos Halloween's up.

At that time it sort of reminded the time when we did the same thing during Waltz with love event where they got their partners out to yum cha

That was fun. Told them we should do it again :D 

Just enjoy good company and an awkward movie at that time hahaha

Headed back home took a bath and slept at 1am-ish after replying every posts on my wall. Didn't have time to reply them in the morning so I did it then.

All in all, this is the best 20th birthday one can get.

& I'm grateful to be that lucky girl :)

This marks your 20th year on this planet and so let bygones be bygones.

There are so many things to look forward to in life.

Don't stay in the past as you can't change anything.

Thus, from this moment on, I will always look forward with positiveness and determination to achieve what I want in life.
