Guns, Glory and Sad Ending

To summarize this K-drama in 10 words or less, it'll be -  Captivating narrative, top class cinematography, and best line-up of soundtrack . A highly recommended drama for those who are into traditional drama back in the Joseon era. This is the least that you can expect from the writer Kim Eun-Sook and director Lee Eung-Bok's third collaboration together as of 2018. Their previous works were 2016's all hit drama - Descendants of the Sun and Goblin. While keeping in mind that this is entirely fictional, it is still a good series to watch regardless of whether you are well versed in the Korean culture or history where Korea gained independence in 1945 after being under Japanese rule fr 35 years.
